4. Opt-Out Process
Users have the right to opt out of receiving messages at any time. To unsubscribe, the recipient may reply with “STOP” . Upon opting out, the business will cease sending messages to the customer unless a new opt-in is received.
5. Message Frequency

The business will make reasonable efforts to deliver messages promptly; however, message delivery may be affected by factors outside of the business’s control, including but not limited to carrier service issues, signal interruptions, or outages.

All personal data collected for the purpose of using the A2P 10DLC service will be handled in accordance with the business’s Privacy Policy. Data, such as phone numbers and message history, will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
9. Compliance with CTIA and Carrier Regulations
The business will comply with all CTIA and carrier regulations related to A2P messaging, including adherence to best practices for consent, opt-out, content, and message frequency.
10. Prohibited Uses
The A2P 10DLC service must not be used for:

11. Changes to Terms
